True Clean Carpet

Very well. I'm pleased and will recommend the company to my friends.

I used True Clean to clean our office carpets mainly in the high traffic areas, but also a large training room with many stains on the carpet from spilled food and drink. I could not be more pleased and have had compliments from many of our staff who noticed right away that they had been cleaned. My experience with Hannah in the office gave a great first impression of the company. Steve, the owner, came out to give me an onsite bid, since we had so many varied areas to clean and as a non-profit, I needed to know ahead of time exactly what it would cost. The day of Jake and Brandon showed up right on time (it was a Saturday afternoon) and were so pleasant and professional to deal with and walked the building with me first to make sure we were all on the same page as to what was to be cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The crew arrived on time, explained in detail about the process and did his best, however the end result was not as expected.

This company went over and above in not only accommodating my schedule but in the service they gave us,our carpets look wonderful and the technician (Andrew) was very professional and personable. A definite 5 star company. Thank you Hannah!

This is our 2nd time using True Clean for our carpets. The technician arrived on time and was very professional about his work. The job was done in decent amount of time and there were no issues. My only complaint is that the dry time is much longer than we expected, especially with an advertised dry time of 2 hours. Last year I remember the carpets being mostly dry after about 6-8 hours, but this year it took about 24 hours with some areas taking even longer. I can't deny the carpets look and feel clean, though, without any residue. They do a great job, just wish the carpets weren't wet for an entire day!

The carpet took forever to dry. It took about an hour to clean the carpets.

The price was excellent for what he did. He spent a lot of time getting the stains up out of all three things. He made sure I was happy with the progress each step of the way. 

He retreated a few areas when I was fully happy. Ended up getting all of the spots out! They didn't try to up sale me on any other service. The price quoted was the final bill. He was very honest when asked about duct work cleaning.

I believed it was Andrew who came out two days before Thanksgiving and cleaned two very dirty carpets. Between my wheelchair tracking in dirt, house training a new puppy and a sick dog, the carpet was a mess. He was very nice, explained everything and did a great job removing all stains and dirt. We've used Stanly Steamer several times in the past and were very unhappy with their expensive service each time. I will continue to use True Clean in the future.

Brent did an excellent job cleaning my sofa, chairs and ottoman. He was prompt, professional and handled all furniture with care. The upholstery looks refreshed and clean. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend.

Jeffrey was very personable and professional.  He checked the areas to be cleaned, asked and answered questions and was very thorough in his work.  The carpets look very nice, and I was completely happy with the service.  He was on time (even called and asked if he could come a little early).  I would be very happy to have him come next time I need service.

We have used them in past and were very pleased. We have an area rug that was very  dirty and while the technician indicated that he may not be able to get it clean, it was amazing how good it actually looked. They also cleaned a chair which also was very dirty and they did an excellent job. They also were able to remove an old pet stain in the lower level carpet. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Julian of True Clean Carpet arrived right at the scheduled time of 8:00 AM.  He was very courteous and professional.  I appreciated that he put on booties each time he entered my home.  He explained what he was going to do, answered all our questions then went to work.  We did not have him move large furniture such as beds and dressers but he did pull out small chairs and tables.  Our carpets look great and they did not take more than a couple of hours to dry.

Andrew called and came early, very nice and professional. Explained their cleaning method and got to work! Did and awesome job and carpets look great- despite being old!
