They were fine. They were good on all fronts.

Everything went very well. They are very knowledgeable about trees. They look at the area and come up with a plan to fit your area. They are very helpful.

Good. The end result was good. My only concern is that they did not realize where the property line was and we now have about 10 feet of space that needs to be filled in between where they planted and where our property line actually is. To be fair to them, my wife was overseeing the work and she did not know where the property line was either.

We have used Trees, Forests, and Landscapes several times over the last few years. This job involved removing a large dying tree and planting two new trees. Bill came promptly to review the job. The contract was returned quickly. The work was done when scheduled and done very professionally. Even though the tree was in our back yard they were able to remove it with only very minor damage to the lawn, which they quickly repaired. I am very impressed how well the yard, drive and street were cleaned after the work was done. Planting of the two new trees was also completed on schedule and done well. Trees, Forests, and Landscapes provided excellent service and products for this job. I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Wanted to do a woodland landscape using native Missouri plants resistant to deer. Bill listened to me and gave me a plan that was terrific and had all the elements I was looking for....this guy knows his stuff and there's nobody better to care for your trees. Workers were presentable and courteous. Great experience.

He's done work for us over several years when we just had the lot here before we built our house. He's an arborist so he can diagnose any diseases they may have.

The initial consultation was very professional and informative. Bill Spradley looked at our yard, and was immediately able to tell what areas tend to be wet/dry/shady/sunny, etc. He then gave several options for our areas of interest; his recommendations were provided a few weeks later in a formal proposal. Installation was carried out a few months later. The trees and bushes appear to be of very high quality. There was some confusion in the installation, however. Several items were not planted in the right place, and some were planted on top of existing perennials.

Excellent work. Bill Spradley who runs the company is a real professional. He came out personally and spent time with us discussing our needs. He is very knowledgeable about trees and shrubs. We asked him lots of questions, and he provided very clear answers. We were dealing with several older trees that needed maintenance (some hadn't been pruned in many, many years), and a backyard that was too heavily planted originally and had now become overgrown. Bill came up with a great plan that met our needs. The workmen who came to do the actual work a few weeks later were extremely professional. They explained everything they were doing. They suggested and then did some additional shrub pruning that was not part of the original bid at no extra charge. We have used many tree services over the years, and Trees Forests and Landscapes is the best we have ever had. I won't use anyone else in the future.

They have always been very professional, when doing the work they are supposed to. Everything was carefully done. They are great people to work with. They removed some stumps and some trees some years ago. They planted the trees that they now treat.

This is a very good company! They have been taking care of my trees for 15 years. The owner, Bill Spradley is a full service arborist and will come out to examine the trees. He definitely knows what he is doing and will give good suggestions and advice. I think they provide a great service!
