To the T Lawn Care

Over the last year the responsiveness of the company and owner has been lacks. When requesting services (trimming, aerating) the request has to be made multiple times and was performed 2 weeks or more after the request. No communication with the us on issues with the Lawson, Shrubs, or the invoices. This past spring we had to ask two times to get the Wild Grass and Shrubs Trimmed. The Wild Grass was trimmed, but the Shrubs were not. When asked to in late May if the Shrub and Bush, the Bush was trimmed two weeks later.
In June, the owner was asked again to trim the Shrubs. Two weeks later the Shrubs were trimmed. A week later, I noticed the Shrubs were turning brown. Upon inspection, I noted that the shrubs were infested with Bagworms. The staff members or the Owner did not communicate verbally or in writing to us that there was a problem with the Shrubs. Since we were in the process of selling the house, we had to have the shrubs removed. It took two weeks after the request, for the shrubs to be removed.
We are finding a new Lawn service.

The work was not performed at all.  I was looking for a lawn care company on a permanent basis, so this company definetly did not get my business.  They were totally unprofessional.
