This is one place our pet is not afraid to go. He generally does not like to be left with strangers but he is very comfortable here. He always looks great when I pick him up and I feel very confident with the treatment he receives.

Overall experience was fantastic. The groomers were advised of issues concerning my puppy
and responded in a kind and affectionate manner. He had issues with caging. They accommodated
by allowing me to drop puppy off just prior to grooming. As he did not deal with the power dry
equipment very well (scared) the coaxed him into a cage where he remained until dry. I was
pleasantly surprised as I visited the grooming area when picking him up. Operation was
efficient and I believe will work with the customer to satisfy unusual requests.

We made an appointment here to have our dog shampooed and groomed. We have a Maltipoo, so it's a hairy dog by nature. They had requested that we make sure our dog is not matted when we brought him in. The night before my husband brushed the dogs hair to get out all of the matts. When he went to drop our dog off, they said he was to matted and refused to preform any service for us. I must question how good they are when they can't get matts out of a poor dogs hair. Especially when we were brushing him just fine the night before. Please be forewarned that this might happen to you when you make an appointment here.

They were very friendly and good with the dogs.

The groomers at TLC are so kind, as well as skilled. My dogs always look terrific after their time at TLC! I have taken my dogs there for six years and have recommended them to others, who are also very pleased. One time my dogs escaped out of my yard. One was found running around in the street by one of the groomers. I found the other one. This groomer called me later to find out if I had found the other one. This is what I call true customer service from people who care!

They provide a great service! They are very kind to my dogs. They always come home smelling and looking great. I think their prices are very affordable. They are very friendly and always get the dogs done at the time they say they will. My dogs actually like to go there!

Our dog really likes this place, and so do we. I am very happy with the quality of work they do, and appreciate how friendly they are to our family pet. I find it easy to schedule appointments with them, and they are very flexible. I would refer them to other dog lovers.

They are great. They can usually fit you in within a few days. They seem very conscientious and take good care of their "clients." Our dogs haircut is always well-done.

They perform the grooming quickly and efficiently and are very kind to my dog. They're accommodating in their use of hypo-allergenic shampoo because of my dog's dry skin. Also, one time storms were forecast during his appointment time. The staff took extra steps to make certain he was calm and felt secure.

THEY PURCHASED THE BUSINESS ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY ARE KIND AND THEY ARE CLEAN. I TAKE MY MOTHER'S DOG THERE ALSO. MY DOG IS HAPPY WITH THEM AND THAT TELLS YOU A LOT ABOUT A GROOMER.
