Piano Tuning
The piano tuner arrived at the scheduled time. He proceeded to work in a professional manner. The piano had not been tuned for a long time so it took some work to get it back in tune. He worked diligently and it took almost an hour to get it done. He was polite and competent. I have used this company in the past and will use them again.

Piano Tuning
Mr. McCoy returned my phone call for an appointment very promptly. He was on time for the appointment today. He is always delighted to answer and explain to the children what he is doing and how the piano works. We have a busy household and he was also very flexible with all the happenings of the day. Our piano had some repair issues, and he was here working for 3 solid hours. Hence this turned out to be much more than the standard tuning price. Mr. McCoy has tuned our piano for the last 5 years and this is the first time I have ever had to pay extra. I always enjoy having Mr. McCoy come. It's obvious he thoroughly enjoys his work.
