The windows were sparkling as if they were brand new and they were in and out in no time at all. They were very polite and considerate. I've also called them back for this year.

+ 0 more-Called us day of work -Arrived promptly -Cleaned mold from siding. Also cleaned out a gutter.. All in less than an hour -Suggest they remove mold on small concrete patio which they did - They cleaned up and left. Job well done

Description of Work: I needed my windows done inside and out for a home showing on Saturday. I called The Kings on Tuesday, they came out for an estimate the same day and had an opening to do my windows the following day-3/29/2012. Windows were very dirty and required extra effort which was accomplished. Two story home with one window very hard to reach with ladder. Three men were on the job. Nick, Seth and another all did excellent work. Another Nick did the estimate and provided details of what would be done. Crack team that bailed me out on short notice.

+ -1 moreThere are not any nicer or more courteous crews around. The are always prompt and will come back the next day if I find anything not to my liking. They have to use a scaffold for my living room windows and didn't mind!!

+ -1 moreTHEY USED WAY TOO MUCH STAIN. THEY LEFT POOLS OF STAIN, IT TURNED TO MOLASSES. THEY CAME BACK TO STRIP AND RE STAIN AND NOW IT'S SPLOTCHY. I COULDN'T USE MY DECK FOR A MONTH. THE GUY WAS VERY NICE AND EMBARRASSED. HE EVEN GAVE ME $100.00 OFF.

THEY LEFT DARK STAINS ON ALL THE FRAMES AND SILLS, AND FORGOT TO REPLACE SOME STORMS AND SCREENS, BUT WHEN I CALLED, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DISCOUNTED THE PRICE. THE WINDOWS THEMSELVES WERE BEAUTIFUL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BECAUSE THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND THE OVERALL THE JOB WAS GOOD.
