Great company. I had to cancel my original visit as I wasn't feeling well - they were happy to reschedule. We had so many locks to change - I was dreading it, but everything was done professionally and we are very happy with the service we received. The person the Flying Locksmiths sent to my home knocked out my internet service and did nothing to reconnect me to it. So far, I have no have not been reimbursed for the !110.00 I paid for the service I received and probably won't regain it. My suggestion is, - don't hire the 'Flying Locksmith for any of your lock or doorbell needs. Diane Peterson

"Ms. Peterson was having issue with a doorbell. The tech worked to resolve the issue. The tech did not interact with the internet system. When Ms. Peterson called about the internet service issue, the tech returned at no charge to investigate. Upon arriving Ms. Peterson told him that it was working fine."
