The team removed drywall, carpet and vanity from a basement bathroom that had backed up. The Flood Team did a good job, except they didn't save a carpet sample, which was required by insurance. The Construction Team that fixed the drywall were incredibly inexperienced and did a terrible job. They had to send a second crew to tear out the work that was done. That crew returned three times to fix the drywall and paint, but when they finished, it still looked like a child completed the work. We are extremely unhappy with the finished project and will probably hire new contractors to fix it. Insurance paid for most of the work, but we will have to redo it. At that point, we just wanted them to finish (this whole project took 6 weeks when it should've taken 1). It is very evident that they are incapable of doing a good job. I would not recommend them. Very disappointing. Additionally, they left the gate open every time when we repeatedly asked them to close it. We have dogs that got loose numerous times.

They saved the hardwood floor, happy with the price and people. Professional and came over right away, they were quick with setting all the equipment up. Cant remember the price but I was very satisfied with the work.

The guys who were onsite were very professional and answered all of our questions. They are working directly with our insurance and saving us that hassle. Once the job was complete, they helped us get everything back in place to continue business as normal. We have freinds that have also used them in thier homes and have heard nothing but great reviews. We highly recommend The Flood Team.

I called and the company came over that day to inspect the job. They came back the next day to perform the work. After three days of drying and dehumidifying the room, they returned to finish the job. Overall they did a good job. The only problem I had was when they were restretching the carpet they put a hole in the carpet. Because this happened, they discounted the price of the job.
