"Hi [Member name removed], We are extremely sorry to hear that your experience with "The Construction Team" was a bad one. The Construction Team is "Not" owned by The Flood Team but we have recommended them after some of our water losses. We take this feedback very seriously because one of The Flood Teams core values is for people that hire us to have a great experience!!! The Flood Team has talked with our team members and reiterated the importance of leaving material samples behind! The Flood Team has also had a meeting with the company that we have recommend "The Construction Team" and demanded changes be made. Drastic changes have been made since. The team that handled your rebuild is no longer with that company. They have recruited better talent since and we have gotten very positive feedback! Also know that The Flood Team will not tolerate or promote poor workmanship in our company and if we are aware of an issue sooner we handle it immediately! The Flood Team is very passaniote about what we do in helping people and we strive everyday on improving our people and our processes to provide the best service possible! Please contact us if there is anything more we can do."
