One man (an independent contractor, a non-employee). Two hours. 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. For which we were charged, and paid, $2,170.00. $1,000.00 per hour!! "The Crack Team" is Not Local: they operate out of Massachusetts. They have No Office in St. Louis, No St. Louis phone, No St. Louis employees, No St. Louis hard assets (equipment). They do not come out to look at your cracks. They require you to submit photos, rather than providing the assurance of having visited you and your cracks. You can do Way Better. Call a local, not a toll-free, phone. And it won't cost you $1000 an hour. James Gould Della Kinsolving Benham St. Louis, MO

It went very well.  The price was reasonable.  The technicians did a nice neat job.  You could barely tell that they had been there.  Scheduling was fine.

They provide great customer service. They were respectful of our time and did great work. They were also accommodating with the other contractors at my home at time. They were very flexible and considerate of my personal circumstances. Due to my personal circumstances, they still honored a discount for scheduling before the end of the year even though I missed that deadline.

I sued him in court for approximately $3500 for problems with his job. He only fulfilled his judgment after the sherriff had to enforce it.

I sent pics of the leaking cracks via the website. Within 10 minutes Bob contacted me and set up an appointment. He arrived, reviewed what needed to be corrected and wrote an estimate. Within a weeks time, the service tech showed up on time and proceeded to apply the products as stated in the quote. Very pleasant and timely. Cleaned up afterward. Entire project took approx. 4 hrs.
In January 2013, I noticed water begininng to leak again thru 1 of the cracks. I attempted to contact The Crack Team both by phone and via their website to no avail. I've made multiple attempts with no response from the vendor.
As of the date of this writing, water is leaking thru all "repaired" cracks as if they had never been fixed and I cannot reach anyone from The Crack Team. I've filed a BBB claim as well, with no response to date.
Warranty was to cover "The life of the structure."

I was very pleased. They were prompt and professional. I haven't had any problems and would use them again if I had another leak.

Ben arrived as promised and got right to work. He is very personable and was more than willing to explain the process and what he was doing. He encouraged me to walk around with him to ensure we didn't miss anything. Instead of one large crack and several smaller ones, we actually discovered a total of 20 cracks, some that I should have seen. Unexpectedly, he also said he would go into the crawl space to ensure it was dry and fix anything down there. That was above what I thought would happen and I was very pleased he took such pride in his work. Ben was very good natured about my Jack Russell Terriers who insisted on "helping', one even falling into the crawl space and staying with him while he went around. He gave me a 12 month warranty. It was a good experience and I would definitely use them again.

The estimate was made in a timely manner and work completed as scheduled. My frustration was with the sloppiness of the work. The floor is a mess and material was tracked across two levels of floors. As one would expect when working with concrete, there was much dust; however, there was no effort to control the dust. To make it possible to paint over the repair, I would have to remove the plugs used to inject the epoxy into the crack and grind/sand the epoxy. For the price one would expect a "ready to paint" repair. I had to pay extra to have the epoxy ground which created even more dust. While I appreciate that dust in inherent to the process, for the amount this cost, one would think that equipment used to grind concrete and epoxy would have a dust collecting capability.

I called Angie's List to find them. Crack Team gave me an estimate for the work done. They had a very reasonable price. They did everything that I asked. They were very prompt in their work. The quality of their work was good.

They got me out of a lot of trouble, I had started it but they fixed my problems and finished it. They were very prompt. I had gotten two estimates, The Crack Team was more expensive but were able to get it done faster so I hired them. They were very courteous. They did a very good job.

I was very pleased with this job! This wasn't a large job, but they did a great job. They also repaired a part of my walkway. *Update* I wanted to update my report because the word did not hold up. It did not last a full year and they have a two year warranty. It was all crumbled and is a complete mess. I have tried to call them and no one answers ever the telephone. I expect to pay for quality work. I have since had to get another concrete man come in to repair the work.

I called one day and Bob and his worker were here the next. Great work! Quick, convenient and cost-effective. I've already used them twice; I'll use them again if needed in the future.

Holy cow. What a nice guy! And competent! At first I laughed, now I'm a believer. Don't let the silly name, logo, and tag line of The Crack Team, A Dry Crack is a Happy Crack, overshadow the exceptional experience and results that can be achieved by spending hundreds rather than thousands to solve basement water leakage. I called The Crack Team, the representative responded quickly and scheduled the appointment. He was thoroughly inquisitive, detailed, communicative, highly knowledgeable, and ready to problem solve. I had no interest in learning the price of any work like this, but he answered my questions, told me the process, and price. I said, "Go" and canceled my other quotes. Within hours he was done. Have I been missing something. Why can't all service calls be this way? Thanks to Angie's List, most of them are. This was a positive experience, probably made better by my expectations of the worst followed by a bunch of good news and great service.
