I started the work with him and then it took him 8 months to come back and install a knob on a bi-fold door. Then while he was here he cracked a large piece of mirror. Then he returned in August and measured everything, like he was going to really replace the mirror for me. But I have called them several times and they never return calls or respond.

When he did come back with the replacements knobs, he just left the knob on my mantle! He never even put it on. That is when I saw the crack in my mirror. I would not suggest using this company at all.

Gary (County Glass) was originally brought in by my bathroom contractor to measure for the enclosure (pivot door, not sliding). For reasons I don't understand, the contractor never gave them the OK to fabricate and install. The contractor later abandoned the job, leaving me to complete it. I called Gary, who came out to reconfirm the measurments. The enclosure was ordered and installed in two pieces. The fixed part was ordered, and installed the following week; then detailed measurements were taken to confirm the door size, which was ordered, and installed the week after that. This was to assure a perfect fit. The installation went fine, and the enclosure looks and works great. Gary, his crew and office staff were very responsive and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and competitive with other bids. I was very pleased, and would recommend to anyone.

I brought in the broken window so they could get an exact measurement. I was immediately given the price for the glass and told it would be done that day. About 2 hours later, I got a call, and when I went to pick up the glass the next morning, it was wrapped and ready. They offered to carry it to the care and everyone I spoke with was friendly. Glass fit perfectly.

Great. They came recommended by our contractor and met the lowest bid. Gary was very nice and competent. Took 2 weeks to fabricate, and installation less than a day. Had a problem w/the door rubbing about 2 mos later and Gary came out himself to fix it. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. I've worked with them several times. I am always happy with their work.

SERVICE WAS FINE; PRICING SEEMED A BIT HIGH.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED THE DOORS WERE OBVIOUSLY CROOKED. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY RETURNED TO OUR HOME AND FIXED THEM IN A SHODDY WAY. HOWEVER, THEY WERE UNCONCERNED WITH THE TERRIBLE JOB OF CAULKING. I HAD TO REMOVE THE CAULKING AND DO IT MYSELF. I WROTE A LETTER EXPLAINING MY DISPLEASURE AND WAS IGNORED.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO INSTALLED THE DOORS DID A GOOD JOB, WAS ON TIME, CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND CAREFUL ABOUT NOT MARRING THE WALLS WHEN BRING NEW MATERIALS IN AND TAKING OLD MATERIALS OUT. I DID HAVE TO CLEAN SOME CAULK AND DUST FROM THE TUB.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY DID A FINE JOB. I WAS UNSURE HOW TO MEASURE ONE SHELF AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE PRICE GIVEN IS PER SHELF, AND I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY REASONABLE.
