Extra special and take care of customer. They care about the senior citizens. He is polite, clean, and honest. I have been using him for 4-5 years. It's a family owned business and I appropriate them being local. I didn't know the shower had a leak, he went out of his way to fix that when he noticed that was a problem. I was going to go with a different plumber but he wasn't able to come out and do this cleaning for over a week.
