I always dread safety inspections, as it's hard to trust if a facility is failing your vehicle knowing that you'll have little choice but to have them complete the work. We had a great experience with both safety and emission inspections here at Telle Tire. They also checked the brakes on my wife's car and replaced the front brakes and let us know we could wait a few months on the rear breaks. We were never pressured into any additional services and feel that we can trust their assessments and recommendations, a rarity with mechanics. We'll use them for all our tire and auto needs in the future.

I brought the car ('01 CRV) for inspection and they found a number of things that needed immediate attention and some (unrelated to inspection) that could wait. Service was complete and prompt. Been this way for years.

I called and they were quick to set me up with an appointment and recommended excellent tires. I had read different reviews of tires that my car recommended and they helped me find something that would work with local driving conditions, etc. I moved here from Southern California and the roads (as well as winters) are - needless to say - quite different. Anyway, the service was excellent, prices were fair, and they got everything fixed very quick.

Initially I called ahead to ask if they had the same tires I had on my car.  They said they did and I went in the next day.  When I got there, they didnt have them and would need to order them.  They offered me a good deal on some tires that were brought back after maybe just a day of use, which saved me a lot of money.

Oil change went well, as usual.  They forgot to reset the "change oil" light.  So, I went back today.  They apologized for the inconvenience and reset it.  They also checked my breaks.  There was a rice grain size rock in the break which caused it to squeak.  They removed it, filed the break down, and whatever they do.  But, they didn't charge me.  They said it was approx $100 worth of work for free.  I'm not sure why they did that except they worked on my breaks a month ago and charged me $1000.  But, the break with the rock was a different break.  The $1000 repair went beautifully.  They took a coupon and they gave me a discount on top of that because I asked them to decrease the price.   
Both experiences were great.  Nice people up there.

My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism was excellent.

Replace 4 tires

It was good and fairly fast.  There was a mistake on the invoice where an item was listed twice.  When I got home I noticed it and brought and back and the duplicate item was removed.

Very well. They were accomodating and prompt. I will purchase my next tires from Telle Tire.

Called for a price 2 weeks prior to the service.  Price did not change.  product was at the service center when we arrived.  They completed the work in less time than stated.   They were courteous,  professional and performed as promised.

They were wonderful!  I made an appointment for Saturday morning and there were very courteous, friendly, punctual and got the job done within 1 hour, as promised.
Also, the price EXACTLY matched what I was quoted over the phone the day before.  I would definitely buy tires or use any service from them again.
Bonus: lots of couches and coffee & donuts in the waiting area.

Scheduled an appointment and dropped of the car the night before using night drop-off.  I was called with an estimate the next morning and ok'd work.  Car was ready that afternoon as promised.  Prices quoted were reasonable; about the same or a little less than a dealer.

I got there early but they worked me in.  They mentioned a couple of repairs my cars will need soon and gave me an estimate.  There was no pressure and they didn't talk down to me because I was a woman.  I pass a number of other auto repair businesses to get to Telle Tire & Auto Service but it is well worth the extra mile or two.

They were very professional and didn't try to sell me anything over priced.  I told them I was open to trying a new tire brand and they recommended Toyo tires.  I have not had any issues with them since having them installed and Telle does free rotation.

When needed they would drive me too and from their location.  At other times I waited in their waiting room while they performed the services.
