Description of Work: They put a new surface on the sunroom floor and sidewalk. We had used them before and were happy with the results. This time it took weeks between the first contact where we selected the surface we wanted and when the actual installer came out. They gave a verbal price, never anything on paper. The sunroom floor looks good. However, the sidewalk was not the pattern and color we selected. It was supposed to match the front porch pattern and color they had done 10 years ago. I put a "yes" by "would you use this provider in the future" because we would like the sidewalk redone. These people are incredibly unprepared to do business!

+ -1 morePutting in a pool is a long and at times difficult process. There are many players involved. Surface Concepts was the best contractor we worked with during the entire process. They were creative and helpful on the design end. They were responsive when asked for meetings. Texts and phone calls were answered immediately. They showed up when they said they would. The employees were very professional, flexible and helpful. The end product is beautiful. I know if I have any questions or need additional help they will be quick to respond. It was a pleasure.
Description of Work: We recently put in a new pool. Surface Concepts put a vinyl coating decking on pool deck. They also did the coping around the pool in a textured stone look.
