Putting in a pool is a long and at times difficult process. There are many players involved. Surface Concepts was the best contractor we worked with during the entire process. They were creative and helpful on the design end. They were responsive when asked for meetings. Texts and phone calls were answered immediately. They showed up when they said they would. The employees were very professional, flexible and helpful. The end product is beautiful. I know if I have any questions or need additional help they will be quick to respond. It was a pleasure.
