They're usually responsive and everyone is nice. I don't know if it's a Volks Wagon thing in general but we've had to go back to them quite often. Now that we're on an extended warranty if we could use it elsewhere we would.

it went great!! I love this location for the hours of service. They are open until I believe Midnight which makes it easy for you to not have to rush or leave work early to go to a dealership for an oil change. I prefer the dealership for my service needs and think it's worth the cost.

They did a great job. We didn't have to pay anything. It was included because we bought a new car. They have a really great customer service and they did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done to the car. The time of work was pretty typical for an oil change. They have free Wi-Fi, TV and like a vending area.

I have a 2010 Golf with a malfunctioning tire pressure monitoring system or so Suntrup says. When I took it inj for service, with an appointment, no one seemed to be aware of why I was there. They furthermore could not get their compouter diagnostic or their link to VW's computer to work. I sat there for two hours with no results- they said they would call me back when "the parts" came in- its been 3 weeks now and no phone call- so I went to Dean Team and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Secondly, I bought chrome exhaust tips from Suntrup, and they installed them. But very well as one of them fell off within weeks after installation. I mentioned it during the visit described above becuase I expected them to make it right- but they ignored the issue. I was so mad when I left!

Buying a car is a lot more pleasurable than what I remember from 10 yrs ago. There is little or no pressure (perisistent phone calls, etc) and since everyone knows the costs from the internet, almost no price haggling- a fair price comes out almost immediately Anthony was very thorough, knows his competition and was able to provide a point-by-point comparative analysis of features He also spent almost an hour (cumulative) on demonstrating the cars controls and features, and in pre-setting the service schedule and showing us how we could make appts online in the future

As soon as I explained the problem, Reis Walker assured me that "he would get to the bottom of this" and promised that I would be satisfied with their service. On the surface he's great at customer service. But then, of course, they "fixed" it for me, but after a weekend it still sounded just as bad. I set up another appointment, when the VW regional engineer would take a look at it. They couldn't find anything, and Reis basically told me that VW can't figure it out and won't spend any more resources fixing a warranty issue...they fell back on the "it's the service" excuse. It's really VW that I had the most problems with, but I wasn't pleased with Reis either. He was constantly concerned about "customer service" and wanted to make sure I gave him good ratings when VW surveyed me. But - once VW stepped in and denied fixing my car, he totally backed down and got out of the way. At that point, I don't think he had to worry about how I rated him to VW since they were denying the claim. I asked him if he challenged any of their "conclusions" - i.e. why is it the service if the radio in a Honda sounds fine? He never did that, he just gave up. I get the impression he only cares about service if it affects his ratings - he doesn't have a genuine care to help people. While I'm not pleased with the Dean Team either, at least they put in the effort to reach a compromise - I paid for half the parts and no labor.

I usually use Dean Team in Kirkwood... but when I could not get an appointment there, I call Suntrup. It was fine. The location is not very convenient to me but at least I got it done. They took longer than I would have liked to take care of my service but it was no big deal. After comparing Suntrup to Dean Team I think I get better service at Dean Team. They are a little quicker and easier to work with.

THE CAR WAS RUNNING ROUGH AS IF ONE CYLINDER WASN'T ''FIRING'' PROPERLY. THE CAR WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT 20 MILES AFTER IT WAS SERVICED BUT THEN STARTED THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN. THE MECHANIC WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND SUGGESTED THAT WE WERE TO BLAME FOR THE PROBLEM. THE MECHANIC ALSO WANTED TO TALK WITH US BEFORE PERFORMING THE REPAIR BUT WAS ''UNAVAILABLE'' 2 OF THE 3 TIMES WE TRIED TO CALL BACK. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUNTRUP NISSAN FOR AUTO SERVICE.

I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AFTER DOING EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ONLINE KNOWING WHICH CAR and OPTIONS I WANTED and KNOWING EXACTLY HOW MUCH THE CAR WAS WORTH. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT JUSTIN WAS UP FRONT WITH ME and MADE AN HONEST OFFER WITHIN MY LIMITS. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY and NOT TOO PUSHY.
