Military veterans: Avoid this dealership at all costs. I’m advising all of my military veteran brothers and sisters from the VFW, Amvets, American Legion, active duty, reserves and National Guard to bypass this dealership and shop somewhere else. One where high pressure sales tactics, deceptive verbiage and false information aren’t practiced or used. They’ll “thank you for your service,” while they’re giving you the shaft.

I had a terrible experience with them. I'm finding out now that the warranty they sold me isn't the way they represented it. The warranty, he said, was zero deductible to me. He typed a letter, signed it and said, "Your warranty is zero deductible," because I questioned them on it. So, the letter on his letter head says it's zero deductible." I called the warranty company a month ago and they said, "Oh no. You have a $100 deductible." They won't return my phone calls. I would tell a friend to be cautious. I would tell them to get everything in writing from them. But, I got a letter that says I have a zero deductible warranty but they're saying, "No. You don't." So, I would tell them to verify everything twice that what they're telling you was correct. The staff was questionable. I questioned whether I could trust them or not.

They provide great service.  I have been pleased with them.

They charge you a very high amount for the oil change and an administrative fee for the change! I have not returned since, and they even overcharged me for the change. They were supposed to use synthetic oil, and they did not. They also would not accept the coupons they advertised.

The first thing replaced was hoses, then they replaced something else. Then they said they told me they had to start guessing. I took it to another place and the problem was quickly seen as a thottle held together with epoxy. I have been told this should have been obvious. I had been a regular customer for a few years and I am very disappointed. I had thought I was getting good service. Now I feel as though I was played. What made matters worse is that I am now gettng very aggressive sales calls from people identifying them as being from that dealer. This person was actually rude. Next time I get a call from 8006042544 or 3305628585 I will be very upset.
