The work ended up being pretty good, but it took a while to get in touch with them and they had to come out a second time.

American Home Shield Insurance sent this company out to my house to repair a ceiling fan. The tech took one look at it and said he couldn't do anything with a Casablanca fan and he called the insurance company which authorized him to replace the fan with an inferior quality fan if I wanted. The technician told me he wasn't going to charge me for the visit because he didn't do anything. Two months later I receive a bill from the insurance company for the visit and the rude secretary at Suburban Electrical first told me that the technician wouldn't have said that, then changed her story to "he doesn't have the authority". She was not willing to pass my number along to the owner of the company, who was apparently the only person who could make that call and after looking this company up on the internet they have apparently changed their name and phone number for some reason. They used to be Suburban Electrical Services. Shady company with horrible customer service. Definitely won't use them ever again and recommend others stay away.
