STORAGE BANC OVERLAND

Their service was good, friendly and responsive until I called to get my stuff back... When I was not longer needing to store the items, I called to have the units returned to my home to be emptied. When my sister and I started unpacking the units, we discovered rodent feces and urine all over my items as well as several rodent nesting sites and food stores. (Storage Banc "claim" to have climate control and rodent control on their website...) So, when I confronted them about the problem, they said it was my problem since I did not get their insurance. They also had the audacity to suggest that the rodents could have made their way into the units and caused all the damage in the day that it was sitting in my driveway. they also suggested that I could have packed these items with this damage already done... like anyone would pay thousands to store furniture/personal items with rodent droppings and nests! Several pieces of my furniture are beyond repair and all my clothes will need to be cleaned. My daughters doll collection had to be thrown out. buyer be-ware!! These guys have a serious rodent problem and they will NOT do the right thing if your items are destroyed.

There was some miscommunication about the exact delivery day, but once that was straightened out, everything went fine. They put the pod exactly where we asked them to in the driveway and they picked it up promptly when we called them. This is a very convenient way to move or ship large items.

THIS STORAGE FACILITY WAS VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED AND CONVENIENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME GREATLY WHEN I NEEDED A PLACE TO STORE MY BELONGINGS. IT WAS SECURE AND I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN IT CAME TIME TO RETRIEVE MY PERSONAL ITEMS.
