Air Duct Cleaning
NICK CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING AND ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME STATED WHEN THE SERVICE WAS SCHEDULED. HE HAD A VERY NEAT APPEARANCE AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME AND THEN WENT RIGHT TO WORK. WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE HE CLEARED OUT HIS EQUIPMENT AND REPLACED ALL OF THE VENT COVERS. I HAD UNDERESTIMATED THE NUMBER OF VENTS IN THE HOUSE, BUT HE CHARGED ME THE QUOTED COST ANYWAY AND DID NOT ADD ON THE EXTRA $10 PER VENT. THAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME AND I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND STOLLE STEAMERS TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. BY THE WAY, NICK DID NOT KNOW I HAD FOUND THEM THROUGH ANGIES LIST, OR THAT I WAS A MEMBER, UNTIL AFTER I HAD PAID FOR THE SERVICE. HE SAID HE THOUGHT ANGIES LIST WAS A GREAT IDEA BECAUSE PEOPLE OFTEN DONT KNOW WHO TO CALL OR WHAT THEY ARE GETTING.
