The painting and repair of the ceiling was not an easy job.  The repair of the ceiling turned out be be more than expected when the section of the ceiling was removed and it was discovered that a beam needed to be replaced.  Steve did an excellent job.  He was very professional, reasonable and worked very hard.

Contacted Steve few months ago to get a price on doing some deck maintenance. He returned my call promptly. Came by to look at the deck on the day he said he would and gave me a estimate. I put the work off for a time while waiting on another contractor to take a look at the deck. Since the other contractor to my knowledge never showed up I called Steve back. He said he could still do the work for the price we had agree upon earlier, but it would be a little while because the rain had pushed back his timetable for a number of projects that he had agreed to work on. I told him that was fine and he told me he would call and let me know when he could be there so I could have the deck cleaned off. He also walked me through what steps he would take and about how long each would take. He called and then showed up on schedule an completed the work to the schedule he had described. Very pleased with the result. I would have Steve do the work again and would recommend him to others looking to have their decks refinished.

Steve did an excellent job with both projects. He is very detail oriented and takes pride in his work. The deck in our new house had been neglected for years. After Steve got done with it, our deck looks brand new! We have received a lot of compliments on it from our friends. We would definitely hire Steve again.
