He is great. He has senior discounts and very reasonable. He is very prompt, fast and efficient. He is the best plumbing service we have had for 46 years. He was recommended by our son that has used him for 2 or 3 years. He has been in business for 25 years in the community.

Very well. Steve checked not only the suspected kitchen pipes, but also confirmed that there was no downstream sewer backup all the way to the garage.

They do a periodic main line clean up for me. Steve is the owner. He comes out and explains what he does. He told me exactly what he is doing and what’s wrong. He tells me if I am missing anything.

The drain required cleaning for >40 feet into system. As a precaution, Steve checked to confirm that the main sewer line was not also clogged.

I received their card from the Hampton/Loughborough Tru-Valu. Each time my basement has flooded, I've called Steve and have been able to schedule a drain cleaning as needed. They are always on time, my drain is cleaned and they let me know what to expect in the future and how to manage my issue since I live in an older home.

They did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable. We've had him do a couple of jobs for us and he's always been very reasonable and always gets the job done correctly the first time. If we don't have a part he'll tell my husband what part he needs. He's treated us very well. He was recommended to me by a neighbor.
