Great people to work with and top notch craftspeople with beautiful materials. I spent a lot more money than I expected but the results are impressive. Stephens worked hard to convince my condo association that the sound barrier they selected was the right choice, and they quickly found a better substitute to satisfy the association's subsequent concerns. The hardwood was mor beautiful installed than in the store. Their tile supplier, Premiier, found gorgeous selections that fit all my needs and at very up to date. Their decorator, Jennifer Stewart, has exquisite taste and spent as much time as I needed to create a work of art in my home.

We are happy with all of our choices and the workmanship. We also appreciate the suggestions we received from Stephens when we were making our choices.

They did a great job. Arrived when they said the would and completed the job on time as promised. We had a specific 5 day window and the installers were reliable and professional.

They did an excellent job. They never stopped till the job was done. They were expensive because they were high quality. I would highly recommend them.

A family member recommended them. The salesperson and installers did incredible work. I talked to other stores and they just gave me the run around. This company truly went out of their way to accommodate and meet my needs. Their quality of work just blew me away. Unfortunately, I do not have the cost.

Stephens Flooring is a dependable, quality company, with competitive pricing. Very knowledgeable in carpeting/flooring. They also use union installers.

THE PROBLEM WAS THE FIRST SALESPERSON TO COME TO OUR HOUSE TO SERVICE US WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT OUR BELONGINGS WHEN HE MEASURED THE CARPETING. WE HAD TO CALL STEPHENS AND TELL THEM ABOUT THIS SALESPERSON. WE PAID $1,020 ON THE JOB. THE FULL AMOUNT WE AGREED TO PAY WAS $2,040. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN BECAUSE WE KEPT THE CARPETING. WE FEEL THAT THIS AMOUNT WAS ENTIRELY TOO MUCH FOR SUCH A SMALL JOB. WE ALSO ASKED FOR AN APOLOGY FROM MR. TOM WOOD, JR., PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY. MR. WOOD DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST.

THE INSTALLATION CREWS FOR THIS COMPANY ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHERS WE'VE USED. THEY ARE BETTER TRAINED AND PLEASANT TO HAVE IN THE HOME.

WE WERE IN A BIND TO QUICKLY REPLACE THE PET-ODORED CARPET IN OUR NEW HOME BEFORE MOVING IN WITH OUR CATS. BRIAN VALIANTLY ATTEMPTED TO MEET OUR TIME CONSTRAINTS. HE CAME WITH US ON THE WALK-THROUGH TO MEASURE. WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THE CARPET WOULDN'T ARRIVE IN TIME, HE SENT A SEPARATE CREW TO REMOVE THE OLD CARPET SO THAT OUR CATS WOULDN'T BE STRESSED BY THE SMELL. THE INSTALLERS DID A GREAT JOB. THIS IS THE BEST QUALITY CARPET I'VE EVER OWNED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I HAD TO MAKE REPEATED CALLS TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THE CARPET SHIPMENT, AND THE DATE AND TIME OF INSTALLATION. WHEN I SPEND THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY I EXPECT A MORE PROACTIVE APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BART VATTEROTT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HE LISTENED CAREFULLY TO OUR CONCERNS (PREFERRED PRICE, MINIMAL MESS, ETC.). THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT; METICULOUS, CAREFUL, COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL. THE JOB WAS DONE ON TIME AND I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER WITH SUCH AN EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME WHEN IT CAME TO PICK OUT TILE. I WAS ALSO VERY COMFORTABLE LETTING THE CREW LET THEMSELVES IN AND LOCKING UP MY HOME WHEN I WASN'T ABLE TO BE THERE.

RESOLVED ISSUES AND HAD GOOD QUALITY FLOOR.

EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY NICE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS PAINLESS.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND VERY PROMPT, THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY WERE HERE TWO OR THREE DAYS LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT I HEAR THAT'S NORMAL. THEY WERE HERE FOR EVERYTHING.
