He is good, honest, communicates, on top of things and we've had him do other work before. He is just very trustworthy. He does a lot of remodeling so in this case he subcontracts. He brought in concrete guys, but he watched over them and then he watched over all the other work that was being done and he just made sure it was all going on time and being done right and helped run with gas lines and helped with the electrical work. The concrete is all beautifully done.
