I had an emergency with my Kenmore Trio refrigerator. Water was leaking so bad that it was getting in a finished part of my basement. Ray (Staples Service Co) was recommended to me by a friend in the HVAC industry, my friend also explained that they serviced appliances too. I called and Ray and he was there within an hour of my call for help. He immediately found the issue to be a busted water valve. He Shut off the water supply to the refrigerator and checked on replacement part. It had to be ordered but would be available the next day. The refrigerator is close to 19 years old and has 2 water valves. So, I asked him to replace them both as a preventative measure. He kept me informed and finished the job the next day. He verified the water features on the appliance were all in working order. Ray is very personable and professional. I highly recommend him for your appliance issues. He will also be my new go-to guy for my future HVAC needs.

Excellent, as always. I have been using Ray Staples services for our Heating and A/C and appliances for 30 years. His work has always been A+ and there has been a lot of it through the years. He's honest, professional and his service fees have always been competitive. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We recently moved into a new house with a Viking brand oven. There was a strong gas smell when we tried to use the oven, so I called Staples Service Company. I spoke with Ray, who go out here the next day. He found the problem in just a few minutes. He had brought parts he might need with him, so he was able to repair it immediately. Works great!
Ray has been in the business a long time and had a lot of knowledge. I would definitely use him again.

I had to get a new air conditioner. I like and trust them. I'd used them before and that was why I called them. The first time I used them was quite a few years ago and I was newly divorced. The man said he was going to give me the divorced wife discount, because his wife says she always gets overcharged. Basically, I was afraid of a repair person not being fair or overcharging me, and he did a really good job. So, as a consequence, I used him several times when I needed heating or cooling repaired or something else repaired I've used them and they've always been reliable.

Ray came out right after we called. We we the first call and stop of the day. Ray looked at the furnace and determined that it was just a dirty ignitor. While he was cleaning it, it broke. Ray only charged us for the part and the initial service call, but not the labor to replace the part. Ray told us the part lasted 5 years longer than usual, so it was going to break soon anyway. The service was fast an reliable.
