Well, they did make good on the warranty. I just don't think I should have had to have them out so fast. I guess they are ok as they responded to my phone call and sent someone out the next day, but I don't think I would hire them again.

MR. TURNER SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE INITIAL JOB HOWEVER, SINCE THE ROOF STARTED LEAKING IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB, MR. TURNER HAS NOT BEEN QUITE SO PUNCTUAL. HIS REPEATED REPAIR ATTEMPTS CONSISTED OF LOTS OF CAULKING AROUND THE SKYLIGHT AREA AND IT STILL LEAKS. SOME REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SHINGLES IN THAT AREA WAS ATTEMPTED ONCE. THE LAST TIME I CONTACTED MR.TURNER, HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO LOOK AT IT, TO MY KNOWLEDGE HE HAS YET TO SHOW UP, I AM NOW LEFT WITH A LEAKY ROOF AND A VERY DAMAGED INTERIOR CEILING THAT MR.TURNER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT.
