Scheduled service and pre-ordered a part. Told they needed a credit card to get part but not told there would be a 25% charge for return if not used. Their cost for the part was $25 more than the genuine part from thermador on line. Had to cancel the appointment. They charged me 25% plus shipping. I asked them if there was an additional charge for travel if they had to order a part and come back a second time. They never answered despite 2 attempts.

Bob arrived, assessed the problem (compressor and relay switch going bad), and provided an estimate. The company had the parts in inventory and was able to schedule the repair the next day. After the 2+ hour repair, we were told it would take 24 hours for the compressor to regulate the temperature. Unfortunately, the repair was not completed properly and the refrigerator never cooled down. The following morning I called the company at 7:30 am and Bob was back out by 9:30 to correct the installation error. The refrigerator now works.  Pricey fix and disappointed it took a follow-up visit.
