SQUEAKY CLEAN

This was the second time I used this vendor. First was in 8/2005. Did a great job and price was reasonable, so two years later called him again. He told me when arriving for the second power washing that he also did windows. Our great room windows are two stories tall and difficult to wash, so I accepted his offer. We made a date for the interior windows for few days later, and he proceeded to power wash the house. After he left, I went outside to our garage area, and found one of our entry lights had been blown off the house and was in the flowerbed! Our house is stucco and he had left pot marks from the pressure washer in the stucco. On top of that, the mold outside the window ledge up above was still there. I called him and asked about the light and the mildew. He denied any knowledge and said he would look at it when he came back in two days to do the interior windows. That day he never showed up to clean the windows. I left three voice mail messages on his telephone, wondering where he was. He never returned any of my telephone calls or messages.

The house really looked no cleaner after the power washing. When questioned, he admitted that he hadn't bothered to use the cleaning solution he had talked about when he gave me an estimate. Said he didn't think the house was dirty enough to use it.

James was prompt in returning my phone call and in giving me an estimate. He came out within a week to do the job. We have many windows that were particularly dirty because we live in a wooded area, and I did not have them cleaned last year. The windows were sparkling clean when he finished. We have grids inside the windows that are rather brittle. James was very careful about taking them out and putting them back. James is pleasant, polite, and professional.

James promptly returned my phone call, then came out in a timely manner to give me an estimate on power washing the house and cleaning my windows (interior and exterior). He did a very thorough job with the pressure washing and is a pleasure to deal with. Our vinyl siding looks great. He did a good job of cleaning our gutters two years ago, but we didn't have him do it this year as we are having the gutters replaced.

THE ATTITUDE MAKES IT FINE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY GET TO WORK AND LEAVE ON A TIMELY BASIS.

VARIABLE. SOMETIMES THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND SOMETIMES THEY COME IN AND I CAN'T TELL THEY WERE HERE. THEY JUST GRAB THE CHECK. THEY DON'T STEAL FROM ME BUT SOME HAVE.

MY WIFE HAS THEM AND THEY TELL US WHEN THEY WILL COME. THEY ARE HERE PLUS OR MINUS 30 MINUTES FROM WHEN THEY SAY WILL COME. WE HAVE HAD THEM FOR QUITE A WHILE, 12 YEARS ACTUALLY.
