Drain Pipe Installation
They took 3-4 days to complete the work. I had two problems. One problem was that they intentionally left things off of their initial quote that they should've known would have been necessary. Specifically, they left replacing the topsoil off of the quote, but didn't make any note to the fact that they were doing that. They came back later wanting to authorize the additional cost to have decent soil put back, instead of just dumping the yard back in.
They ended up breaking the sewage line. While they were good about replacing what they had broken, they left the broken pieces of the sewage line in my front yard when they back filled it with the dirt they had dug up instead of topsoil. They additionally left a mess behind where they did the work in the basement. They didn't clean the brick up where they put in the water line through the hoses on the side of the building. They didn't attach the hose to the building properly so those aren't even anchored.
While I told them about those issues, they didn't resolve them. They did not leave the area clean. They did not leave my front yard in a decent condition. They did not clean up any of the trash or broken pieces of sewage tile in my front yard. They did not clean up the brick in my basement. They did not complete the job of anchoring those hoses.
They rest of the work they did was completed well, quickly, and thoroughly. Overall, it worked out okay, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They tried to bid me $5000, but it ended up being $6000, and they still didn't leave my yard in a decent condition. I wasn't totally satisfied with the service.

Estimate was right on, and the guys came exactly when they said they would. They only turned the water off when they needed to, and were done in a reasonable amount of time. After they sent us the estimate, they were able to come and complete work within the next week.

I?ve used Spasnick Plumbing twice. When I got my washer and dryer installed, I had to get the water shut off valve replaced, as it was worn. So, I called Spasnick Plumbing and they got the same replaced. When another plumbing company came over to look at some problem at my house, they found that there was water leakage from the new valve. There was mold in my basement which was an expense I had to bear. I didn?t know if the mold was totally because of the valve, but it definitely contributed to the problem. So when the person from Spasnick Plumbing came in, he remembered that he had been to my house before for replacing the valve. He said that he had installed the valve. He also said that what had happened shouldn?t have happened. When he checked the problem, he mentioned that it could have been because of a faulty valve. He did the work. I paid for the labor and he knocked off half the price. When I checked the previous bill, it was minimal in comparison. They were very good about helping me and straightening out the problem. They also fixed the shower faucet. They went into the wall through my kitchen wall in order to fix and replace it. It was a complete nightmare. However, they did the job well. They charged me very reasonably for the work.

They showed up when they said they would. They called me ahead of time. They kept in touch with me and they showed up the same day that I called actually.

I called on a Friday to have someone come out and give me an estimate on repairing a broken sewer drain. I told the receptionist that it was pretty bad and that I had water in my basement. I was told that Nick was the estimator and he would get back with me. I called again the following Monday to let them know that I hadn't heard from anyone and the receptionist informed me that Nick had his list of names with him and that he would contact me. I still have not heard from Nick. Apparently they don't need or want my business.
