Overall, everything went well. I took the car in for an estimate to replace the back window that was broken as well as the convertible top. Since my headliner looked pretty good he said they'd try to work with that to save me a little money and they were able to reuse it. They said the roof would be in the following week and the work would 2 days and they were right on both counts. My 13 year-old car looks almost brand new now. The rear window defroster has been used over the last few days and it works just like the old one and no rain has leaked in the top.
I have one problem with the installation though. There is now a small gap between my front and back passenger windows; they're not quite aligned. I haven't taken the car back for an adjustment yet so I can't make any comments on their follow-up.

It was okay. The price was very good. They were very quick with work. The work was not done quite perfectly but it was a strange job and I was satisfied with it. It does not look factory new but they did it very quickly and their price were good. They are nice people. I would go to them again. For the number hours I know they put into it, their price was very fair.
