Mr. Marino was very professional and accommodating in getting this repair done in a timely manner, while keeping costs to a minimum. The machine needed parts (it's so old, even Sears could only offer to ship it to Kansas City for evaluation, which would have taken a minimum of two weeks), and Mr. Marino was able to obtain them. The parts were installed the same day they came in. My old machine is working like a new one again, very smooth, very quiet, very efficient. Mr. Marino and his crew are pros, both in sewing machine repair and the area of customer service.

The overall work and knowledge of the people who run this shop is excellent. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. The only problem would be the shop's hours. But they tell you to make an appointment so everything worked out.
