He showed up originally and then didn't show up for months. He showed up late and spent the night in the basement. I had to hire somebody else to come in and redo what he had done.

We have used him quite a bit, and he is excellent! He did a great job! He is extremely conscientious. He does take a while. He is reasonably priced, and does a great job! He is still following up with a problem that we had, with debris coming out of the water. He provides very good follow-up.

He's just been great overall. He is very creative and does really careful work. He comes over and stays until it gets done, he works really hard and does good work.

Bill did a great job. This work was complete and careful. He cleaned up thoroughly at each stage. He explained the new equipment and how to use it very well. Project took longer than anticipated due to some issues with instillation in an older basement (e.g., needing to drill through the thick wall to install the vent for the gas). But the length was worth it given his extreme attention to detail. The unit works very well and his tips on how to use hot water differently were helpful. He did come each day as he said, but was late given other other responsibilities once or twice. This did not create an significant problem.

Bill gave us a detailed bid and was extremely proficient in dealing with the technology. He did a thorough survey of our situation and provided us with a great solution.
