THE WORK WAS WELL DONE AND THE TECHNICIAN ASKED CAREFULLY ABOUT WHAT OUR NEEDS WERE TO DETERMINE WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO AND WHAT I COULD DO ON MY OWN, IN ORDER TO HOLD DOWN COSTS. I ALSO HAD THEM DO ANOTHER JOB WITH A COMPUTER THAT STOPPED STARTING AND SHUTTING DOWN PROPERLY. THEY CAME TO OUR SITE AND DID A GOOD JOB, REPLACING A BAD CD DRIVE TOO.
