It's a do-it-yourself place. We go in, buy the materials and then we put it in. I had someone else put it in. It was a bath fixture with two knobs and a gooseneck faucet. It's brass, so they had to order it in. They were good about doing that because people don't have brass today; they are into silver. They were okay to work with. It's a typical store. There are no discounts. We pay the price we get out of the book. They were good, nice and polite. I probably would not go back to them. I would probably go online and order it myself and avoid the middleman.

We were very happy with the cabinets, but not as much with the first person we worked with. We found some cabinets at a lower price point without sacrificing quality. We requested to work with someone else for the remainder of the project who turned out just fine!
