Simply Clean Laundry Service

We have been thrilled with this service. I wish we would have used Simply Clean with our first kiddo. It's eye-opening to see how much material can be kept of landfills, and so convenient. We also love their reusable wipes-- softer and more absorbent then disposable. Highly recommend.

We recommend Simply Clean Laundry Service all the time. We've used this service for almost two years in total and never received a single prefold that wasn't 100% perfectly clean, soft, absorbent, and high-quality, with top-notch customer service, lightning fast responses to emails, and invoices that I can pay on mobile with just my thumb print. Because Simply Clean is a small local business, they also have been easy to work with when we go on vacation or otherwise need to modify our pickup schedule. In essence: the diaper service couldn't be easier or more convenient, and it's made a huge difference to our quality of life (as well as reduced our dependence on plastic significantly). We could not have been happier with this service, and I think it's a great asset for our community. The diapers we received always looked absolutely brand new, smelled clean, felt soft, and absorbed well. The diaper covers we got through the "Wraps for Life" service were just as nice. While we were using the service, they switched from some velcro to all snaps, which I really appreciated. They worked great; I never had any problems with leaks or blowouts. 
We found out about Baby Care through Kathy's Diapers 101 class, which she gives for free at locations around town. It made cloth diapers sound easy (which it is, of course, but it seems overwhelming to learn all the jargon when you're first starting out!), and she offered a very nice coupon! It was neat to learn that she and her husband used this service and then later purchased the business themselves. It's one of their dads that delivered our diapers to us each week! I like supporting local family-owned businesses (though I wouldn't do so if the quality wasn't there). 
All in all, Baby Care was amazingly accommodating. When we went on vacation or forgot to set out our diapers, they were easy to work with. Kathy always responded to my emails within a few hours, and it was easy to pay online or via check attached to the bag of dirty diapers we were sending back each week. We prepaid for six months and received three weeks free, which was a $60 savings - not bad!
Once, once of our cloth wipes was accidentally sent to Baby Care in the bag of dirty diapers, and they sent it back washed and pressed with our next delivery.

The service was exceptional; only ending due to my childs age,13 months. The diapers were always on time, excellent condition and the owner was always available for questions; first child many questions.  I would recommend this company to everyone; they went above and beyond on customer service.

When pregnant with my daughter, we wanted to cloth diaper.  I didn't want the mountains of diapers sitting in a landfill that one day my grandchildren were going to have to deal with.   I however did not want to wash them.  Enter Baby Care Diaper Service.  Kathy quickly got us setup for the arrival of our little girl.  The price was less than disposables considering my daughter's sensitive skin and having to use the most expensive diapers.   In fact, she nor her brother, have ever gotten diaper rash from the cloth diapers. 



The customer service is beyond amazing.  Kathy answers any questions quickly and is very understanding of Mommy Brain and forgetting to put out your diapers, etc.  I have also never ever had to worry about running out to buy diapers since they are delivered to our doorstep every week, rain or shine. 



I know they offer several other services like deep cleaning of cloth diapers and sales of any supply that you might need in order to cloth diaper.



I simply cannot say enough good things about this locally owned family business.  They are one of those outstanding companies that deserves recognition.
