Sharp Design/Build

She is very good at what she does and is very honest.  He prices are not sky high.  She designed everything and laid out everything in front of us to get our approval.  She has kept in touch with me over email about any scheduling conflicts.  

We're thrilled. We initially contacted Mike many months before we could afford to start the project and he came over to give us a thorough consultation. He gave us at that time a very clear picture our options (which were many) for our somewhat limited budget along with drawings and detailed ideas. When we were finally ready to start the project Mike was equally patient--going back and forth several times on the design details, even the most minor details, until we felt completely comfortable with the design. I found a set of bookshelves I wanted to work from at a local store and in addition to going over photographs with me and discussing each detail, Mike travelled to the store to get a clearer picture of what I had in mind. He showed me all the trim in advance and helped me realize my vision on paper first and then in life. From start to finish the project took about a month--with Mike installing, sanding, painting, etc., the bookcases in about three days total. The bookcases look stunning. All the work is of the highest quality and the craftsmanship strikes anyone who sees them. Mike's keen artistic eye allows him to create cabinetry that will fit in with the "language" of the house. The bookcases match and enhance the other elements of our 100-year-old house. Mike's professionalism, patience, and enormous body of knowledge make working with him an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a general contractor or a master craftsman.
