Window Treatment Service
We worked directly with Brett the owner in selecting the best window shades for our city home. He was very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. We had fairly clear ideas of what we wanted when we began the process and Brett assisted us in analyzing the various options, prices, colors alongside the advantages and disadvantages of each option, patiently helping us to our final decision. The installation was completed in a timely manner by a sub-contractor who works directly for Brett. He was timely and
professional. As is often the case with custom window treatments, two adjustments to the shades needed to be made upon installation (we have an old house with a lot of windows). This was handled quickly and professionally. In the end we are very pleased with Shade, Shades & More and would recommend them to our friends.

Overall, he did a good job. I was given many options to choose from. The installation went fine and the shades look great.
