"I serviced this customer over 10 months ago and remedied the problem at that time The problem is created from lint, soaps and chemicals being discharged from the wash machine into the standpipe and it will occur again as it did 10 months later. I am not sure how a re-occurring problem earns my efforts a “D” but I would have returned to re-open the system but that request was never made by Dann. The pipe will continue to back-up so I recommend a maintenance schedule every six months to keep the system open."
