+ -1 moreAfter service call I contacted contractor since I was STILL having the same issue. Contractor essentially told me, “not much more I can do”. I ended up hiring a new contractor, without Angie’s List, who took care of the issue on the first try. I had to pay for the service twice; which defeats the purpose of paying for Angie’s List.

+ -1 moreWe had our main lateral sewer line back up on December 21, right before Christmas. Called Chris the morning of December 22 (a Saturday) and he literally was at our house by noon! He was very professional, friendly, and cost competitive. Chris will definitely be the first plumber I call when our next issue arises.
