HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE PATIO, VERY PRECISE AND DETAILED, BUT HE NEVER COMPLETED THE STEPS UP OUT OF THE BACK YARD. HE JUST VANISHED. HE DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE, AND HAS NEVER MADE AN EFFORT TO COMPLETE THE WORK. HE DID THE SAME THING WITH MY SOFFIT, FASCIA, AND GUTTERING, HE BEGAN, BUT NEVER COMPLETED.
