I think the problem is that he is more of a one man show, so if the weather is bad or he gets a big project he can get behind. The good part is that you only deal with him, not an employee. He took the time to explain the problem and give us a few options to fix it. You can tell he has experience, and his prices were as good as the big national chains. We're pleased with the work and service and will be calling him for our next gutter cleaning.
