They did a great job, give him a call if you need the service.

They came out and found the problem and ordered a power supply board and cable. Came back a week later with the new board from Samsung and it didn't work at all, Reordered a new board and a week later installed it and the new cable. The bad board was Samsung's fault not theirs.

I can't say enough wonderful things about SCHNEIDER TV & VIDEO SERVICE. They went above and beyond to help us get a replacement part from the television manufacturer. They walked us through the process, were quick to respond to phone/text messages, and were punctual in arriving for scheduled appointments. Their professionalism and friendliness were exactly what one would expect from a service company coming into your home. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service!

Went fairly well and solution worked, but did have reservations at first because the technician admitted he had not made this repair in a long time.

They came within an hour of calling and it took them 5 min. I thought $120.00 was too high.

Brought lamp into Schneider's shop to purchase replacement. Very friendly, professional & also installed the new lamp in its casement for us. Price was reasonable for the lamp. Lots of advise for any potential future issues be it a color wheel, etc. They were great. Definitely use again.

After days of red tape with the manufacturer of my brand new tv, I was finally connected with Schneider TV. The Schneider brothers  were quick to understand and diagnose my problem and replace the defective screen.  Bob and his trusty assistant came on time and performed the necessary repair/replacement efficiently.  They were both courteous and totally professional. Bob even replaced my cable remote with a newer one as a further courtesy, as their facility is near a cable provider office.  I was impressed by their knowledge with the equipment and the speed of their work. I would highly recommend them to others and will keep their information on file for future  electronic appliance problems of my own.

He came and diagnosed the problem, came back the next day with a new power supply.  It was very expensive, but at least he fixed it and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Friendly and efficient!

We spent $2,000 for an HP Plasma TV from Best Buy.  It went on the fritz.  We called Schneider because they are listed in Angie's List.

Well Angie's list was right Schneider TV is honest, professional and has the highest of integrity.  If they tell you they can fix it they will fix it and not charge you for stuff you don't need.

Sadly, in our situation Schneider told me that new parts were not available, and used parts are unreliable.  The tech told me on the phone, to pitch the TV and buy a new one, it is not worth fixing.

How refreshing to be told not to waste the expense of a service call.

Three cheers and 5 stars to Schneider, for honesty and integrity.

They did good job.  They only gave a 90 day guarantee for the work as it was a used television, but no problems so far.

I dropped off my dead TV with Schneider and paid a $50 evaluation fee. They called me a couple days later, as promised, and quoted me a price for repair. The $50 went toward the cost of the repair. They ordered the part and had my TV fixed within a week of the date I first dropped it off. Good experience! I don't know if my price was a good price, but the labor charges seemed a little high for the amount of time it would take to do the actual repair. Still less expensive than buying a new TV.

The workmen came to the house and put in a new power supply for our large screen TV.  They were kind enough to help us move it to a different location in the house.

We have used Schneider's service a few months back when we had a issue with our 65 inch Mitsubishi TV. They were recommended to us from the Mitsubishi dealer 800 number First time he came out we had small dots all over our picture screen . He fixed it very quickly and we were very pleased . On 2/21/2014 I woke up at 6 ish to watch my morning news and the TV wouldn't come on . We could hear the sound but the screen was black. I remembered the great service Schneider's had done previously so I thought we would call them out and try to get it fixed on Monday or so. To our surprise they were able to get out to us the same day so we didn't have to wait all weekend with no living room TV. Great fast,reliable service. Thanks

I called Schneider TV on Wednesday to schedule an in home repair on our 58" plasma.  The TV had a pink horizontal bar on it that they called red rash.  I was scheduled for service the next day which was appreciated since we were having a Super Bowl party that weekend.  The woman who took my call was very helpful because they needed model # info off the back of the TV which was not easy to get to since it is mounted in a cabinet.  She suggested sliding my hand in the gap and snapping a picture of the info with my phone.  It worked great!   Mr Schneider arrived with an assistant on time. They carefully removed the TV from the wall mount, ran the software upgrade and adjusted voltage.  This totally fixed the problem.  They remounted the TV to the wall.  Mr Schneider was very knowledgable and friendly.
