Schneider is always punctual, professional and thorough. When we've had emergencies, we've been very pleased with their promptness in getting us back up and running. Highly recommend!

I called Schneider Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and obtained an appointment within 2 or 3 days.
A plumber showed up and started the work for lifting the toilet to see where the leak was.
Within 5 minutes, he told me that he needed a special tool since the toilet was old.
The next day he and another plumber showed up and started the work but they suggested that it was the time to get a new toilet since even if they fix the old toilet I may have a leak very soon.
I agreed and made a new appointment three days later.
I purchased a new toilet and three days later they removed my old toilet and installed the new toilet.
