He answered the phone and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. He arrived on time & replaced the ice maker within an hour. Definitely recommend.

Showed up on time, had the parts necessary to repair them and did the job in a professional and timely fashion at a fair price. I would prefer to have my repaired 30 year old Kenmore washer and dryer than anything out there new today.

The repairman arrived on time, knew just what to look for, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and professional.

Brendan had been out the week before because the ice maker was not working which he had fixed without needing parts because a water line had frozen because the main water line had been shut off because we were out of town. We had failed to shut off the ice maker first which caused small spurts of water to be in the water line that then froze. The charge that day was just the service call of 93. When Brendan came back to look at the problems caused by the lightening strike, he said there would be no service call fee because he had just been there the Friday before. He ordered the parts and said he would be back as soon as the parts came in. He ordered the parts Monday afternoon and came back on Friday with all the parts and in a matter of 2 hours had all 3 problems resolved including the installation of the garage door opener. Sambo's had called and told us that we would be the 2nd call of the day and should arrive between 9 and 11. Brendan arrived at 9:25. He is friendly, clean, efficient and does great work. I did have to call back because the garage door opener did not work if the light switch was turned off. Steve the owner came over within the hour and it was a simple matter of the outlet it was plugged into. Problem resolved quickly!! Sambo's has earned my loyalty!!

Repairman replaced rollers and shafts and cleaned the vent. Works great now.

The dishwasher was repaired quickly and efficiently without extra charges. He also indicated that if the door lock fails again, he will only charge for the part, no extra labor.
