"Thank you for taking the time to review. :)"
"Thanks Guy!"
"Thank you for your review and nice comments. I try my best to deliver the best possible service for an affordable price. I must have done so :)"
"Thank you for your kind words! Customers like you make what I do so much fun. Best of luck with the house!"
"Thanks Barry. It's really a challenge to make a good decision from remote locations and relying on someone else to be your eyes and ears is a big responsibility.I appreciate you putting your trust in me and thank you for your kind words. - Norm"
"Thanks Joyce! I really appreciate your kind words and hope all is going well with your new home! -Norm"
"Thank you! I really enjoyed doing the pre-drywall inspection of the home you are building - It's so much better than guessing what's going on behind the walls! (I'm still a pretty good guesser). It's going to be an amazng house and I'm looking forward to the walk-through/final in November."
"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It really means a lot to me. -Norm"
"Thanks Dustin! I'm glad everything was easy to understand. Sometimes inspectors do so much report WRITING that we forget to actually READ what we are saying. Getting feedback about things I say to help better explain things is an ongoing process. I really enjoyed meeting you both and wish you the best in your new home! -Norm"
"Thank you! I work really hard to keep all my certifications up to date. It's frustrating when other people wake up one morning and decide to be a home inspector and unsuspecting home buyers think they are getting a qualified professional. I'm glad you did your due diligence and checked everyone out. I always tell people, if someone says they are ASHI Certified, ask for their ASHI member number. If they hem and haw that's a pretty good clue they aren't ASHI Certified. You can always go to www.ashi.org and look for them. Good luck with the house, I think it's going to be great when you get it all the way you want it! -Norm"
"Thanks Tim. It's just me so I don't have a call center or any minions to do my correspondence LOL. So I really depend on email and text messages , oh, and the telephone. Not sure how anythings\ got done in the olden days!"
"Thank you. I really enjoy meeting nice people and helping them get through the stressful part of home buying. -Norm"
"Thanks Rose - That was such a fun house to inspect. Sometimes renovators get so focused on fixing things to make them LOOK really nice that they inadvertently cover up important things that make them WORK nice - like the ventilation and access for the crawlspace. Check your email - I took a great picture of Matt, spelunking in the crawlspace, that you should really have framed as a housewarming gift LOL"
"I'm a big believer in getting inspections done as early in your window of time as possible. The calendar seems to work funny in real estate and it never seems to work in you favor LOL. If we only have 10 days, but get all your information by day 2 or 3, it gives you time to really think about everything - what you want to negotiate or what you can live with. No one should rush those discussions. Glad I could help! Norm"
"Thanks Donna - I think that basement is going to be awesome."
"Thank you for taking the time to review me. People really do read these and make decisions based on other people's feedback. It means a lot! -Norm"
"Thanks Wayne. I work really hard to make sure you know I'm working exclusively for you."
"That's so nice! Thank you. I really enjoy helping nice people learn about their homes. -Norm"
"Thanks. Some of the fun of what I do is that I get to take my inspector hat off sometimes and make suggestions for changing some things around slightly that can make a big difference. I see so many really cool houses and the creative ways people do things - it really is great fun for me to be able to share that."
"Thanks Stacey. Some stuff really isn't part of an inspection but I like taking my inspector hat off and pointing out other things that might be interesting. You found a great house and it's always fun being a part of someone's important life decisions. Thanks for including me. - Norm"
"Glad I could help! - Norm"
"Thanks Doug!"
"Thank you Lee. It was only a bad head cold, but who wants a report typed by a guy strung out on Nyquil? I wish you the best on the house and I am soooo glad we called in a Structural Engineer. I'm a professional and, well, I know a lot about a lot of things... but I'm never afraid to call for help when something warrants and expert's opinion."
"Thanks Jeff, I really enjoyed meeting you and glad the house had fewer ''surprises" than we expected."
