I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment I drove in to Rowland Collision Repair I knew I was in good hands. I got there right as they opened at 8:00 a.m. They could, of course, immediately see the (mostly cosmetic) front end damage and also noted the the engine splash shield was dragging on the ground. One of the techs IMMEDIATELY offered to "wire that up so it's not dragging" for me. This allowed me to confidently drive to work without worrying about that. (There was no charge for this!) The tech said that Ryan, who does the estimates, should be arriving shortly, and he did. Ryan thoroughly inspected my car, even pointing out a minute scratch in the paint that I hadn't noticed. We both agreed that we weren't going to do anything about that. Cars get scratches. He printed out an estimate for the genuine Ford replacement parts and labor. Gave it to me and said the parts should be in the following week. When the parts arrived, I returned and, in less than an hour, my car was like new. As they were replacing the front grill piece, they noticed there were a couple of cracks to the plastic part it snaps into. Ryan said he didn't want to "cover up any damage without you knowing about it." We agreed that it was so minor that it wasn't necessary to do anything about it, but the "attention to detail" these guys exhibit is commendable. Everyone I dealt with there was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I would not hesitate to recommend Rowland Collision Repair

Great! The car work was excellent. A plus was the the car was cleaned inside and out and smelled wonderful.

My insurance covered the cost. They were wonderful.

Scheduling the appointment was great. They were very good and everything was on time. They even took me to the rental place to rent a car. They were excellent! I would go back to them again!

I felt that did an excellent job. I felt that the price was fair for the work that they did. We brought my MDX in over a holiday when we were going to be out of town. They did let us know in advance that it would take a little longer than normal with it being the holiday season. They did a fabulous job and I would use them again.

They were very polite and completed good quality work. Their prices were average and in line with others. They completed the job within about four days and the work was really good. Everything turned out very well.

The company came highly recommended from my previous BMW dealer. I have an electric car and not all dealerships have the knowledgeable about their batteries. The oven baker will destroy the chemistry of the battery if they were unaware of what they were doing. Rowland Collision Repair is very well-versed on electric vehicles. The job took about four days because they had to bake the paint longer at a less degree heat. The car looked brand new when they were finished. My experience with them awesome and I will be using them again.

Awesome. They did my new VOLT rear quarter panel when it was rear-ended and it came out looking as good as new. 8 months later, you would never know the car had been damaged. About two year's ago, we sent my son's leased car there after he had pretty much trashed it and had dents and crunches galore. It was fixed to look like brand new and the dealer did not penalize us on the lease. They are personable, honest, and wonderful to work with.
