Awful. I called initially in october, for the couch to be fixed. No body initially followed up,  I ended up emailing the person in charge of customer care. And they agreed to pick up in the middle of march, the first piece of the sectional. The got the first part, and I got that back wihtin two weeks. They then picked up the second piece, and after two weeks I never heard anything. I reached back out they said they had said the manufacturer had cut the wrong piece of fabric for my sectional. When I finally got the second piece back, it still had holes in it and the cushions were torn up. It was in worse shape when we got it back. They did agree to a refund. They picked up the couch, and I still havnt received any money.

DENA - ANYONE WHO SHOPS HERE SHOULD ASK FOR HER! I DISLIKE BEING ATTACKED BY SALES PEOPLE WHEN I ENTER A FURNITURE STORE. I WAS INTERESTED IN LAMPS AND JUST WANTED TO LOOK AT THE HUNDREDS THEY HAD. I GOT SIDE TRACKED WHEN A COUCH AND TABLE CAUGHT MY EYE AND I HAD A QUESTION. A VERY RUDE ELDER SALES LADY TOLD ME SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO HELP ME AND TO READ THE TAGS! DENA WAS NEARBY AND HEARD THE COMMENT AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE OTHER'S RUDENESS. DENA SAID SHE WAS THERE TO HELP ME IN ANYWAY SHE COULD. SHE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH ME EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW I WAS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ONLY LAMPS. I RETURNED 3 TIMES LOOKING HERE AS WELL AS AT OTHER STORES. EACH TIME DENA WAS HAPPY TO ASSIST. MY SELECTION GOT DOWN TO 2 AND SHE ALLOWED ME TO TAKE BOTH HOME FOR THE FINAL DECISION. I HAVE SENT FRIENDS TO DENA AND SHE HAS MADE SOME BIG SALES. THERE NEEDS TO BE A DENA AT ALL DEPARTMENT STORES. I HAD TO RATE A C FOR PROFESSIONALISM BECAUSE OF THE OTHER SALES PERSON.

YOU CAN WALK IN AND PURCHASE FURNITURE AND TAKE IT HOME WITH YOU ALL IN THE SAME DAY. THEY SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL

THIS IS A LARGE STORE WITH A VARIETY OF FURNITURE AT A DISCOUNT FROM OTHER STORES. THE PERSONNEL IS FRIENDLY. THEY ARE ALSO WILLING TO ALLOW TIME FOR DECISIONS TO BE MADE.
