They treated inside and out and noted number of trails. Started that they would retreat within 30 days if not satisfied. So far so good. Also suggested me may want to consider granuales to wipe out colonies. Extra fee, for that option.

Owner came back for follow-up treatment and advice. Issue resolved.

After find evidence of termites in my kitchen, I contacted several companies before I could find one to come to my house and give me an estimate. Apparently, there are several service providers that either don't take new customers or are not capable of treating termites in all areas around a home, such as crawl spaces. I went through the list and discovered Rose Extermination. I called to schedule an appointment and met Brian, the expert, just a few days later. The family-owned and -operated business prides itself on being fully knowledgeable and up-to-date. Brian had no fear inspecting not one, but two different crawl spaces under my house. He actually discovered the second one trying to determine the exact location of the infestation. Once he was done carefully investigating the areas that invite termites, he wrote up a bid and explained in detail the treatment used and the treatment is applied. He also proved a full schematic of the areas that needed to be treated. I immediately scheduled it. The full team arrived, treated the problem areas and carefully checked for any other possible issues. My bid also included a full-year warranty in case any problems occurred. Brian noticed an issue in the second crawl space that would need some construction work as a result of damaged wood. He was able to suggest a contractor, who had previously done similar work for another client. I was so pleased with the entire experience, I have switched my preventative pest extermination to the company, as well. I didn't have to sign any annual contracts or pay any fees. After what I've learned from this experience, I only trust Rose Extermination. Thank you so much!

Overall, the experience went very well. Mark is very honest and tells you when you do or don't need work, along with why. I find him to be very trustworthy and fair-priced.

Rose was very professional in their treatment of the termite infestation at our house. They used the exact same high-quality insecticide as several well-known Pest Control companies but their price was considerably less. They gave us a clear-cut idea of what they were going to do ahead of time and showed up on time to do it. Now time will tell if the pesky termites are gone for good. Rose also has a great guarantee that is transferable with the sale of the house. Professional service, high quality material at a good price-point. Highly recommend.

This was an emergency-a swarm of ground hornets in our front yard, close to the sidewalk (where people walk their kids, dogs, plus we have young kids next door). I called five companies trying to get one to come out asap. Several called back to make an appointment, but when Rose called back it was their guy and he was already at our house. He was pretty amazed at the swarm and wasn't sure he could handle the situation, but he did.

They were very good. They did an excellent job with the treatment and reminded me when it was time for a follow-up inspection. They made sure I received all the paperwork about the treatment, along with any certifications that were needed.

From what I've heard it is very hard to catch mice especially if there are only one or two. They came out twice and set up what needed to be set up. I am still waiting to see if I see any more mice.

ROSE EXTERMINATING WAS VERY DETAILED, THEY WERE RECOMMENDED THROUGH OUR BUILDING INSPECTOR WHEN WE SOLD OUR HOUSE. THEY HAD A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR EXTERMINATING TERMITES, AND ALSO A VERY GOOD WARRANTY SHOULD THERE BE ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS.

THEY ALWAYS CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SEND SAME GUY EVERY TIME, AND THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY GOOD
