We’re passionate about our company and our industry. We LOVE what we do and it shows in every project we help to create! Our craftsmen are just that, craftsmen. They take pride in their work, creating every aspect of a project as a fine piece of furniture. We are not the company for buy it cheap- replaced it later. Our company’s philosophy is to beat the test of time and create something of value. Home and family is everything to us. It is a reflection of us and what’s important in our lives, because of that, we are drawn to work for people who value their homes, take care of them, and don’t want something that will need to be replaced or redone in a few years. We do not cut corners. We use top quality products (not most expensive, but top quality) and top quality trade contractors. We have lasting trade relationships; we stay educated and keep up with the latest codes and industry regulations. Staying informed provides clients the best information regarding cost for their projects. Therefore projects are not delayed or have cost over-runs because we weren’t aware of a recent code change. If that happens, it is on us- they hired a professional and they count on us for accurate construction numbers. We do not intend to let them down. We protect our reputation by doing what we say and providing the absolute best in service. Our contracts are detailed, allowing clients to rest at ease with their decisions. We’re known to be a bit higher in price, but accurate with our numbers. We normally win a project when a client has been through an unpleasant experience. That’s our best client and biggest advocates! We feel we are doing right by our clients and for our industry. From the beginning when they increased the contract price and tried to pretend that their prior bid did not exist, we should have sensed a problem. Things got worse. From their field supervisor being 45 minutes late for our initial meeting without bothering to call until we checked on him through the damage that they did to our stair railing and hardwood floors, in our experience they have been unprofessional and downright rude. Probably the biggest issue was their failure to put boards underneath most of the dropcloths on the hardwood, which allowed the wood where they were working to be damaged -- after which they refused to accept responsibility for their actions... ...and when they were called out, their response was "you can't prove we did that damage", despite the fact that it occurred in their work path and work areas. In my opinion, it would be a big mistake to hire them.

This was our third project with Roeser Home Remodeling, and we felt like part of their family.  Joe and Brandi came to look at the site and discuss options.  They were very receptive to our ideas, and provided great ideas of their own.  They then provided detailed drawings and cost estimates.  When the price was higher than our budget, they worked with us to find ways to reduce cost.  One of the ways we reduced the cost was by doing the painting and staining ourselves, and they were very accommodating of that.  Mark, our job coordinator, was very easy to work with, and coordinated all the painting steps with me.  After the project was finished, we had some shifting of the ground as the weather swung from wet to dry.  They came back to fix cracks, and Joe has continued to follow up to make sure that the cracks are only cosmetic.

Everyone who worked on the house was very professional and friendly. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. The finished product is beautiful. We would definitely use Roeser again.

We really like them which is clear since we've used them for several project. I would highly recommend them. They are very responsive. They have a show room and can drop in anytime to check out new products or they offer info sessions to the public. Their daughter does design work for them; they're very family oriented. I really trust them and have no problem with them being in the house alone. I can't say enough good about them.

They were good company but we had little bit problem with their pricing. The people who worked were good. They didn’t fix some of the problems. I would not use them in the future.
