Slower than expected but overall, nice job. Had a damaged part for the door and had to reinstall some facia, but were back the next next day to rectify the problems. Facia issues were installation problems, the garage door had a panel damaged in shipment

Work went very well. Old roof was removed. New architectural roofing and new ridge vents were installed. A high grade roof cloth was installed beneath the roof shingles. Job was completed in less than 2 days. Crew thoroughly cleaned up property at completion of job. Richter managers monitored the progress of the work and followed up after completion. Can recommend this company.

Great job. Went up on roof, inspected mounting bracket, replaced two stainless steel screws to secure bracket better,  Installed weather vane, positioned directional arms using iphone app, asked if i was happy with the reults before getting off the roof.

Very professional. Two man crew. Would definitely recommend and hire in the future.  The reason they didn't charge me is that they were installing a completely new roof on my sons house that was storm damaged.
