First of all, I like Mike a lot.  He's a really nice guy and down to earth.  Probably the main reason that I went with him.  His prices were the most reasonable too compared to the 3 or 4 bids I got.  I liked the fact that he listened and understood that it was a rental house, and I didn't need to go 'all out', although it would look just as good.
I couldn't believe how wonderful our bathroom turned out.  It was a complete mess and dump.  Now it looks like something you'd see in a brand new home.  They did a great job, especially considering the lack of space to work with (the bathroom is literally under the stairs going down to the basement).  They did a great job of re-routing the plumbing, putting a vent in and doing everything else they had to do.  Very pleased with that.  They also had to change the door to open in the opposite direction and move a wall.  They give you a nice size of allowances to make your selection of tile, toilet, vanity, lights, etc...
The other odd jobs they did helped me out too.  I didn't  have a lot of time to tackle some things, with a full time job, plus moving and getting a house ready to rent, so Steve (Mike's brother) did a lot of the work and helped me out a lot on certain tasks.  The stair rail and pole wraps turned out great.
The painting of both the interior and exterior are wonderful and got rave reviews from our renters. 
My only complaint would just be that it took quite a bit longer than I thought.  They started the project I believe in late August, and were literally cleaning the stuff up from the painters the day before renters moved in.  I had to call Mike to have the guys come in and get their stuff and clean up that Friday morning before I had a cleaning crew come in.  Exterior painting didn't even begin until after the renters had moved in.  I was told and hoped that it would have all been done before then.
Like i said, that's the only complaint.  Mike's great to work with, is prompt in getting back to you, communicates well with you to let you know what's going on, which is very important with a contractor.  I would definitely hire them again.

The bath room had been falling apart, plumbing not up to par, tiles beginning to fall off wall. Called for an estimate. Someone came over within a day and we had the estimate in the mail w/in 2 days. They began work about 5 weeks later. It took about a week. Worker, Lance was great! Very professional.

The cabinets are fabulous! They look great inside our home and are of fine quality. The crew who installed them were professional and very responsive. The chief reason I dealt with them was because of those things.

The company is excellent! The responsiveness of their employees is one of the chief reasons I use them! They kept everything orderly and they were good at keeping tools and other essential away from my two small kids. They were professional in their conduct and demeanor. I had two call backs on items that they responded to promptly and fixed at no additional charge.
