RG PLUMBING SERVICES

We used RG Plumbing in the past and ask them to come back for this project. As before they were prompt, professional, and completed the job in the time estimated. Randy and Dave were both courteous and even made suggestions to help ensure the longer-term quality of the job. Plus, the fixtures are great and add a new look to our kitchen and master bathroom.

I emailed Randy on a Saturday night and he responded within minutes. That was amazing service to start with. He immediately scheduled an appointment. He called to let us know on the day of the service when he would be there. He was prompt and professional and his price was amazing. He serviced the toilet. Unfortunately our toilet is weird and continued to have an issue, I called him and he gave me the first time he could get there. He arrived, fixed the new issue and the toilet has been perfect. I would strongly recommend RG plumbing. He is just wonderful.

I felt like I was having a neighbor doing the job, he was that friendly and easy to talk to. I don't know whether the cost was appropriate but the fact that he worked me in, on a busy day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all before 1030, when I called at 8 AM really impressed me! No I can get on with my day!

They were very prompt about returning my call, and were able to come out to do the job the same day. This was surprising since several other plumbers I called did not have availability for 1-2 weeks. Dave was the technician who performed the job. He was very professional. He quickly assessed the situation and was able to give me a quick estimate. The price was $185 for a replacement part plus labor.

It went well. My only issue was that I was comparing prices on the phone and online before I selected a plumber and one reason I chose RG was because the ad touted that you only paid for the job done (not a base visit fee, no hourly rate quoted) and it sounded like it would be less expensive than others. The price ended up being the same as what others quoted. RG's price may well be less for a larger job - this was small. Still I would hire RG again because he was prompt and professional.

It took two visits because we needed a few parts. He was great, on time, didn't ask for any payment until the entire job was finished. I would definitely use him again. I had let so many small plumbing projects go and he fixed all of them.

repair went well and have had no problems so far, but their customer service is not the best. It seems they won't guarantee their work and expect us to pay if they have to comeback.

The company contacted us quickly and the work was done in less than two hours. They were friendly and courteous and were prepared to make all the repairs including having a new disposal in-hand. The price was fair and we will use them again for the next job.

Randy and his team are great, gracious people. They're very polite and all-around great. You can tell that he's very family oriented. He's very down-to-earth and let me know every step he was taking as he was working.

I found Randy's company on Angie's List through proximity search & ratings rank.  The P-trap on a bathroom basin had rusted out & a big hole formed at the bottom.  I called fairly late in the afternoon, and despite Randy's full schedule, he was able to fit us in the 2nd business day.  I offered to text message photos of the problem area, and he was able to see what he needed for a fast job turnaround.  I think he was able to finish the entire job (despite corroded fittings on the old pipe work) in under 45 minutes.

I needed a new water heater. Based on reviews from Angie's LIst and the BBB I called RG Plumbing. Randy GIbbs came out and gave me an estimate of $975 to replace my water heater, which was considerably less than I expected.  We agreed on a date about a week and a half later.  On that day Mr. Gibbs came out right on time to do the preparatory work, then his team arrived to install the new water heater.  They started at 8:30 AM and were done by 10 AM, ahead of time.  The cost was exactly as promised.  The water heater works great - in fact it's so efficient I've already adjusted the heat down twice.  Mr. Gibbs and everyone on his team are professional, polite and highly skilled.  I would recommend them to anyone, and would use them again for any plumbing jobs that I have.

Our kitchen faucet broke Thursday night, and we had out of town guests coming to stay with us on Saturday.  Terrible timing.  I really needed to find someone who could install a new faucet on Friday.  I called a few different plumbers early Friday morning but couldn't find anyone who had availability until Monday.  Then I tried RG Plumbing.  They were able to fit me into the schedule on Friday late morning.  The plumber arrived right on time.  He was professional, and the job was done well.  I'd definitely call them again for plumbing needs around my home.

Simply amazing.  Called him and he called back immediately.  Was able to fit us in THAT day and texted with me to keep me abreast of his schedule.  Not only did he install the gas shut-off as requested, but he went above and beyond and help CARRY a new range in from the detached garage and level and install it.  He then helped CARRY out the old range and arranged for it to be picked up the next day.  Could not ask for a friendlier or nicer guy.

Randy was incredibly responsive to our request, even though it was right before a holiday weekend.  He wasn't able to finish the work becuase he didn't have the correct parts, but returned the following days when he said he would to finish up the job.  I appreciated his persistence to get the job done.

This is the second job that I v'e had Randy to do, he did such a great job the first time I wanted him to do this job. I'm so glad ..... the work is beautiful. thank you so much Randy. if I ever need a plumber again I know who to call again.
