Brilliantly splendid! I spotted the Rescue Landscaping truck at my neighbor's. I approached the truck and inquired if they in fact did landscaping. Yes, said owner Bob Krull! Immediately we surveyed my landscaping problems; the need for a new design that the shade and deer will accept, but one that wouldn't break the bank! Bob listened; I talked and a design plan was hatched, emailed and accepted with a few additions. Three days later all was completed - old plants removed, ground prepared, and plants, shrubs and boulders planted. My outside lighting and irrigation systems are A-OK, too, no problems. My property is my pride and joy, again! Rescue Landscaping came, designed, listened and accomplished the task professionally and on target. THANK YOU!

IT didn't go... they put me off and then did not respond even though someone came by and looked at my project and were to get back with an estimate which they NEVER did.. Very upsetting.... It delayed my project ANOTHER week..... Don't use them....

Bob was extremely professional and ran through my issues and gave me solid ways to move forward. He did not push his services on me or act like any of the projects were out of my scope. He did price each issue both for a service provider to accomplish and for a DIY cost. He even offered to give me advice if I ran into issues doing it myself. Overall a great customer experience. I could not have gotten a better deal through Angie's list. He provided exactly what I was looking for. I now have a very real game plan and know that someone in the field supports these ideas

Used Rescue Landscaping to take an uneven garden bed and make it level to place a new swing set on top of (xmas gift for kids). In addition, we asked that a retaining wall be built around the outside of the area of the garden bed. Some of the work could not be done because the ground was frozen, namely leveling the area. The owner noted that he could not complete the job because of the frozen ground and that it would have to wait until spring and the ground thawed. It is now spring and after trying to schedule to have them back to complete the job, he has sent us an email saying he does not have time to finish it and we should find somebody else. Unprofessional.The retaining wall was built and has held up (3 months) and looks like a standard retaining wall.

It was not too good. The people were very professional and they're very good to work with but the actual results of the lawn care itself doesn't work. I've had more weeds in my lawn than I've ever seen before. After that, I did change and moved away from them. I tried other things to get my lawn under control. It just didn't work out.

It was a very short two page plan, nothing longer than that. I am not sure that I would use that type of deal again. Other contractors can show up to my place and they can give me an estimate for free. The price was reasonable. I got the evaluation pretty quick.

Bob was easy to work. I showed him pictures of a patio I loved. He was able to suggest materials and design plans that made an expensive dream a gorgeous cost effective reality. He always responded to phone calls and questions promptly. I was responsible for calling Dig Rite. We had a weather delay but Bob was quick to reschedule and get the job done.
He and another worker arrived promptly on the appointed work day. They worked unsupervised for 2 days without problems. They installed a stone patio with a flagstone walk way from my back deck to my parking pad. They cleaned up after each work day and did a great job communicating progress. It turned out even better than I hoped. I will absolutely have Rescue Landscaping back for my next project.

Bob did a great job installing the patio and landscaping. We were unsure what plants/shrubs to use for the landscaping and he did a great job giving us options. Bob and his crew have helped us on other yard projects (gutter drainage/water runoff, landscaping) and they have always done a great job.
